1. No Refunds: All purchases made on the Virtual Afsar app, whether for individual courses, course packages, or subscriptions, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any monetary refunds under any circumstances. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Course Updates and Continuity: Our team works diligently to keep our course content up-to-date and relevant. However, there might be instances where certain sections or parts of a course may not be updated or completed within the anticipated time frame, including two-year courses. Please note, this does not provide a valid ground for a refund or cancellation of the course. You acknowledge and agree that the course access is provided "as is" and any lack of updates or content additions do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
3. No Returns: We do not accept returns of any courses, course packages, or subscriptions under any circumstances. Once purchased, the course or package is yours to access for the duration of the purchase period.
4. Consider Before Purchase: We encourage you to thoroughly read and understand the course descriptions, preview the course content (if available), and ensure that the course or package is aligned with your learning needs before making a purchase. 5. Access to Purchased Content: Upon successful transaction, you will receive immediate access to your purchased courses or packages. The access duration will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team immediately. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but this does not constitute a valid reason for refund or return.
7. Policy Acknowledgement: By making a purchase of the Virtual Afsar app courses, you acknowledge and agree to our no refunds and no returns policy. You understand that all transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

Cancellation Policy

At SAMRUDDHAM DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing our users with the highest standards of service. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a user wishes to discontinue a course. Please read our policy on cancellations carefully.

1. No Cancellations: Once you have purchased a course, course package, or subscription of any course on the Virtual Afsar app, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final and are not subject to cancellation. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Refunds on Cancellation: As stated in our Refund Policy, all purchases made on the Virtual Afsar website are final and non-refundable. This includes instances where a user wishes to cancel their course, course package, or subscription. We do not offer refunds on cancellations.
3. Automatic Renewal: Please note that subscriptions may be set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, you will need to manually change this in your account settings prior to the renewal date. No refunds or cancellations will be provided for failure to turn off automatic renewal.
4. Account Termination: In case of a breach of our Terms and Conditions by the user, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the user's account without any prior notice. In such a case, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
5. Course Discontinuation: If for any reason, including but not limited to a lack of updates or content additions, a user decides to discontinue a course before completion, no cancellation will be allowed, nor will a refund be provided.
